相手を痛め付けること無く制する合気道に感銘を受け、もっと深く合気道を理解して使えるように成りたいと思い立ち研修生に参加しました。
I think it is very impressive that Aikido can be used to take control of an opponent without hurting them. I joined the course to develop a deeper understanding of Aikido and how to apply it.
