最後の数日間

The Kenshusei course is coming to an end and all of our focus is on the final exam.

Looking back, over the various experiences of the last 11 months, it feels both like a long time and a short time.

For the final exam we need to memorize all the basic techniques and there is also a Shido-ho (teaching method), so it will be the most difficult test yet.
I feel pressure at this final stage so, I will try and not become tense but instead try to relax as I have been taught. Focused but relaxed, is the state of mind I will try to achieve.

Although I have only a few days left as a Kenshusei, I would like to make sure that when the course ends, I have no regrets.

 

研修生クラスもあとは審査を残すのみとなりました。

思い返せば色々なことのあった11ヶ月間でしたが、長いようで短い期間だったと思います。

最終審査は全ての基本技を覚える必要があるうえに指導法もあるので今まで以上に難しく、
研修生としての最後の舞台ということもあってプレッシャーも感じるのですが、
ここで余計な力を入れず合気道らしくリラックスした状態になるよう心掛けたいと思います。

研修生としての生活はもう数日間しか残っていませんが、最後まで悔いの残らないようにしたいと思います。
